Hi, my name is Ellie Ortmann ‘Your Family Specialist’ and I sell real estate in the Buffalo and Wright County Minnesota markets. This beautiful area is located only 30 minutes from Minneapolis and is a favorite of ‘ex-urban’ patriots who are looking for the conveniences of the city in a smaller setting. Buffalo is the county seat and has two large lakes on either end of town giving the community a resort feel. Quaint shops and cobbled streets provide the perfect setting for a Saturday afternoon stroll while the lakes are great for skiing, fishing and hanging out with friends.
In addition to picturesque neighborhoods and hobby farms, Buffalo boasts a municipal airport, hospital, new schools, great sports teams (the Buffalo Bison’s won state 4A championship in men’s high school basketball) and is home to the Wright County Rodeo every year.
Home prices are terrific and selection is good so whether you are a first time home buyer or a move up buyer, now is a great time to be out in the market.

Loyalty and extending a helping hand are key traits of the residents of Buffalo.
